Leadership Profiles

No organization can function without leaders. And no leaders can lead without someone willing to follow.

Here are our front line leaders and their areas of service.

eddiePastor Eddie Exposito oversees the daily operations of Homeland Missions and provides vision, focus and direction. His twenty years of experience in the business world fit well as we learn and develop new models of social entrepreneurship and ministry.


johnJohn Kirkpatrick spent over fifteen years as a middle school social studies teacher and has spent time in various other countries such as Thailand and Mexico on short-term missions work.  He serves us as our work crew supervisor and in-house director.  His duties include organizing our internal facility operation and work crew projects.


rayRay Montes and Elmer Stretz both serve as our construction consultants helping us understand and work according to code.  Ray and his wife Fran currently split their time between the Illinois area and Slidell running a commercial installation business. Ray’s leadership and skill set are a tremendous asset to our team.


elmerElmer is a life-long New Orleans area resident with a great heart for service. As a general contractor with over twenty-five years experience, his insights and understanding of our local area are invaluable.


lauraLaura Hudson oversees the day to day function and administration of our Relief Center and work crew operations as well as providing counseling and community resources.
