• Step 1 – Check out our Calendar to see what dates are available for your group.  We can accommodate up to 35 people at a time.  Keep in mind that we can handle multiple groups simultaneously, so if you see that someone has booked the dates you want, see how many people are in that group and add them to your number before choosing another slot on the calendar. Dates reserved can be changed at a later time, so it is best to book the slots you want rather than wait and have them taken by someone else.
• Step 2 – Once you have your date picked, call (985.643.8215) or email us so we can discuss your trip further.
• Step 3 – Print out our Trip Planning and Crew Member Information packets for all of your team to read.
